You
understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable
for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary
damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data
or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been
advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or
the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of
the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with
their intended use. Contest or Giveaway Rules & Regulations
1. Contest Period: Start Date and End Date
2 Eligibility: Must be a Current TAB Customer to Win. Must be 21 years of age as of the contest start date. Must not be an employee of Take A Byte, Inc.
3 How to Participate: Complete entry at www.take-a-byte.net./contest name. Must include all entry information required to receive (1) contest entry. Limit 1 entry per person. No Purchase Necessary. All entries become the property of Take A Byte, Inc. Chance to win solely dependent upon number of eligible entries received.
4 Prize: State clearly what prize is. Prize must be accepted as awarded. No substitution or cash equivalent of the prize permitted.
5 Prize Awarding:
a. No Purchase Necessary – random drawing from all eligible entries.
b. Purchase Necessary – Entry who achieves highest level of participation, from the Sales data downloaded at close of contest period.
6 Notification: Winners notified by email within (10) days of the drawing or close of contest.
If winner cannot be contacted by the email address on eligible entry then an alternate entrant will be randomly selected or by next highest participation level. Winners list will be posted to website within (30) days of contest closing date.
7 Conditions: By submitting information online entrants agree to be entered into contest. Take A Byte, Inc. may use any winner’s name, Member ID, and picture for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, THE PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT Take A Byte, Inc., ITS SUBSIDIARIES, ITS AFFILIATES AND ALL OF Take A Byte, Inc’s OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND REPRESENTATIVES, WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS FOR ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST OR ANY PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY. Subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited.
